The square drill pipe plug valve is divided into an upper plug and a lower plug. The upper plug is connected to the upper part of the square drill pipe, and the lower plug is connected to the lower part of the square drill pipe. The upper plug has a left-hand thread, while the lower plug has a right-hand thread. Both plugs have the same structure and are ball valves.
