Throttle valve:

The throttle valve, as the main component of the Christmas tree and manifold, is mainly used to control the production at the wellhead of oil wells, and its working pressure level can reach 20000psi. There are two types of throttle valves: adjustable throttle valves and fixed throttle valves. Adjustable throttle valves adjust the opening area of the fuel saving nozzle by rotating the handwheel to drive the valve stem forward and backward, achieving the purpose of controlling and adjusting production. Fixed throttle valves achieve the purpose of controlling and adjusting production by changing the size of the oil nozzle.

The throttle valve has the following characteristics:

1. The fixed throttle valve cover and valve body are connected by a union, making installation and removal quick and convenient;

2. The top needle of the adjustable flow valve stem and the inner sleeve of the oil nozzle are made of special hard alloy, which is corrosion-resistant and erosion resistant;

3. The valve cover of the adjustable flow valve is designed with an opening indicator plate protected by organic glass, which can observe the actual area of the flow channel when the valve stem is in any position;

4. The adjustable flow valve handwheel rotates counterclockwise to open and clockwise to close.

The throttle nozzle material is made of ceramic or hard alloy, which has wear resistance, erosion resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is connected to the valve cover with a union, making it quick and convenient to replace the nozzle. Suitable for Christmas trees and choke manifold equipment.
